As a dedicated and driven professional, Laura brings a wealth of experience and a positive attitude to every project. Hailing from a close-knit Scottish family, Laura values strong relationships and collaboration. Her love for people and her belief in the power of connection are central to her approach in both her personal and professional life.
Laura studied at the prestigious University of Paris, Sorbonne, and is fluent in French. This educational experience has provided her with a deep understanding of business and design, where she combines expertise with a creative approach.
She founded and successfully ran a cosmetics business that was featured in several major retailers nationwide. This venture honed her entrepreneurial skills, from product development to strategic marketing and sales. In addition to her professional pursuits, Laura has a side hobby of designing wedding stationery, which allows her to blend her love for aesthetics with her creative flair.
Outside of work, Laura is an avid tennis player, which keeps her disciplined and focused. Hosting cooking parties is one of her favorite ways to connect with others and build community, reflecting her genuine passion for bringing people together. She is also deeply inspired by her faith and finds in it strength and guidance.
In every professional endeavor, Laura is committed to fostering positive relationships, driving innovation, and always looking on the bright side of life.
Marcus joined Thrive, formerly CameronButcher, in October of 2019 after several years of experience in the Commercial Maintenance field for both local and international companies. After years of experience in Residential Maintenance, Marcus wanted to become more involved with community based projects to invest in the city in which he lives.
Marcus is happy to be back in the community, working with tenants to troubleshoot and resolve their issues in a timely and effective manner. He specializes in efficiency, and is never short of ideas on how to get the job done right the first time.
Marcus is originally from Michigan, and with his wife and dogs, they packed up to live their dream of making Colorado their home. When he is not working, Marcus can be found off-roading, camping, and traveling with family and friends.
Helen, formerly with CameronButcher, has built a remarkable career by inspiring others to achieve their own success stories. With her approachable demeanor, proven track record, and deep business acumen, she quickly instills confidence in clients and colleagues alike. A passionate advocate for her clients, Helen leverages her extensive experience across retail, industrial, and office sectors to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Known for her exceptional communication skills and strategic mindset, Helen is a master negotiator who crafts win-win solutions that foster lasting partnerships. Her ability to balance professionalism with genuine care has made her an invaluable member of the Thrive team, where her generosity and unwavering positivity continue to shine.
Originally hailing from Scotland, Helen relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, in 1981 after marrying Sam Cameron. Together, they co-founded and managed several thriving businesses in property management, retail, and services while raising three incredible daughters. In 1997, the Cameron’s moved to Colorado Springs, where Helen’s entrepreneurial spirit found new avenues of success.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Helen is deeply involved in her church and a variety of local and national organizations. Her passion for lifting others up and creating community continues to inspire those around her.
Logan’s passion for real estate is fueled by his desire to see others succeed; in short, he wants you to win. For over a decade, his steadfast championing of the people behind the real estate has led to partnerships with some of the best developers, tenants, landlords, buyers, and property owners across the nation. Logan has a well-honed pulse on investment markets, current market trends and variabilities within trade areas. His unwavering commitment to integrity and excellence both earns and keeps his clients’ trust.
A Colorado Springs resident since 2000, Logan loves family time and time outside. Whether skiing (with kids) & snowboarding (on powder days), golfing, mountain biking, or running, he’s always looking for a good excuse to get outside. Together with their kids Brantley, Emmett, and Lucy, Logan and his wife Grace, enjoy soaking up the Colorado sun and introducing their kids to all the places and people that bring them joy.
Stephen embodies the Thrive mantra of investing in the future through people. He’s someone with a genuine passion for supporting those around him and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the success of both his colleagues and clients. Known for his ability to listen intently and offer thoughtful solutions, Stephen excels at fostering strong relationships and creating value in every interaction.
With a wealth of experience in the real estate industry, Stephen is deeply knowledgeable about a wide range of asset types. Whether he’s transforming vacant land into a visionary project, helping a client expand their business through strategic industrial or office space solutions, or identifying lucrative cash-flowing properties for investors, Stephen thrives on bringing real estate opportunities to life.
Outside of his professional life, Stephen is a proud family man who enjoys adventure with his wife, Katelyn, and their three children. A Colorado native, he has spent most of his life in the Centennial State and finds solace in the great outdoors by hiking, hunting, or fishing in the majestic Rocky Mountains. Whether he’s traveling with family, enjoying a round of golf, or working closely with clients, Stephen has a natural ability to connect with others and a keen sense for identifying needs and crafting solutions that make a meaningful impact.
Helping others realize their dream is what Michael is all about. His dedication to serving people is why Michael got into commercial real estate. He challenges himself to walk a mile in each of his client’s shoes to ensure their best interests are protected. This mindset has allowed Michael to work with groups of all kinds from local startups to national brands alike. His diverse experience lends his clients confidence that no task is too tall. By putting people first paired with market expertise, Michael delivers results where everyone wins. While his focus is primarily on the retail sector of commercial real estate, Michael’s knowledge of the overall commercial market has helped his client’s to lease, buy, and sell properties across the industrial, office, and multifamily segments as well.
Michael has grown up with the city of Colorado Springs as his family moved here from Omaha, Nebraska in 1998. Outside of his Nebraska Cornhusker fandom there was no looking back. Michael enjoys skiing, golfing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams whenever he can. He also loves spending time with his family, friends, and of course his two dogs.

She continually pushes herself out of her comfort zone, and loves to throw herself into the work of creating true connections with clients. With the rare gift of being both people- and task-minded, Kate thinks systematically and creates streamlined processes while remaining approachable and truly caring about those around her. Her drive for excellence and love of learning means that she is always growing and developing the very best strategies for her team and those they serve.
A Chicago native, Kate moved to Colorado Springs in 2014 and still can’t get over the view. Kate loves immersing herself in a great book as well as creatively decorating her home and inspiring others to do the same. She values hospitality; whether it’s enjoying a cup of locally roasted coffee or sharing a meal at home with family and friends, you will find Kate fully invested in creating community with those around her.
Mary Dumont joined Thrive Commercial Partners in August 2022 after almost three years with another local property management company (where she was honored to receive the 2021 Management Assistant of the Year award) following an 18-month period in the roofing industry. However, prior to that she was the Administrative Assistant to the General Manager, Victoria Harley, at Chapel Hills Mall for four years.
Mary brings a wealth of administrative experience with her including, but not limited to, time management and organizational skills; payroll and timekeeping; accounts payable and receivable; invoicing; drafting and assembling highly confidential correspondence and reports; tracking and preparing annual service contracts; preparing monthly financials and narratives; budgeting and forecasting; and exceptional customer service. When Victoria took a position at a local property management company as a Portfolio Manager in 2018, she made a substantial request for Mary to join her as her Management Assistant. The two picked up where they left off and Mary has become an integral part of the day-today activities that go with Commercial Portfolio Management. Prior to 2014, Mary worked at the local newspaper, The Gazette, for twelve years in Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and as the assistant to the Publisher.
Mary is originally from northcentral Pennsylvania and has lived in Colorado since the early 90s. In addition to the industries mentioned above, Mary also has extensive experience in banking and in land marketing (including registering companies and businesses with Colorado Division of Real Estate and US Department of Housing & Urban Development).
Mary lives on the north side of Colorado Springs with her husband Rob and two wizard cats, Gandalf and Albus.
Having grown up farming and ranching, Austin is an excellent problem solver and is always eager to learn. Austin’s construction experience has ranged from general property maintenance and repair to overseeing complex tenant improvement projects and Class A office building renovations. When issues arise, he never backs down, finding timely solutions that uniquely fit each tenant’s needs.
Austin joined Thrive Commercial Partners in July 2020, and continues to be a highly valued team player, bringing both expertise and commitment to the table. In the future, Austin hopes to become a property manager and believes his maintenance and construction experience will help him have a deeper understanding of what it takes to be a great property manager. In his free time, Austin enjoys traveling home to Montana to visit his family, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with his new puppy.
Matt comes to Thrive Commercial Partners from years of residential maintenance and construction, and brings both the respect and personalized care that comes from working in someone’s home to every business that he enters. Matt uses every opportunity to learn more about the buildings he works on, and enthusiastically takes on all problems that arise. He joined the Thrive team in July 2020, and has consistently been a faithful and excellent part of the team.
In the future, Matt plans to pursue an electrical engineering degree to work on power projects overseas. In his spare time Matt loves to travel, hunt, fish, hike, and enjoy time with family.
Tiffani thrives on using her skill set to take financial stress off of business owners’ shoulders. She loves helping businesses get organized into healthy financial rhythms that result in a feasible budget. A Colorado Springs native, Tiffani has worked for many small businesses in the local community for the past eight years; she was happy to join Thrive in the spring of 2020. Our Thrive team is continually grateful for her expertise, efficiency, and ready willingness to serve.
Tiffani loves all that Colorado has to offer in the realm of outdoor activities; her favorite place on earth is “anywhere in the mountains.” On a weekend, chances are you will find her hiking with her dog Max, kayaking, or traveling with friends and family.
Our Portfolio Manager, Clint Christianson oversees the Colorado Springs portfolio which includes office, industrial, and retail properties. Clint’s support staff includes an assistant property manager, three maintenance technicians, and an office manager.
Over the past 25 years, Clint has worked in multiple areas of commercial building operations, including commercial HVAC systems, Facilities Technical and Administrative Management, and Commercial Property Management Services. Clint holds an active Colorado Brokers License, HVAC contractor’s license, and is a Certified Facilities Manager designated through IFMA (International Facilities Management Association). He is excellent at what he does, bringing both experience and wisdom to the table while always being solution-focused.
AnnKelly is an energetic professional dedicated to facilitating the success of others. AnnKelly serves as Broker Advisor for Thrive Commercial Partners in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Her passion for small businesses and start-ups shines in her approach to educating clients on the commercial real estate process and going that extra mile to accomplish their goals. With a focus on empowerment over sales, AnnKelly guides her clients showing, closing, and beyond. She’s an active listener who connects with clients at all levels to produce results they are looking for.
Growing up, she acquired key real estate industry knowledge which she would build upon through education and work experience. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Oral Roberts University where she excelled on a nationally recognized advertising team, AnnKelly helped co-found, along with her sister, a natural body care company called Made With A Mission. As head of PR and media relations for the business, AnnKelly promoted products in Whole Foods stores nationwide, as well as Natural Grocers and their own branded online store.
In her free time, AnnKelly stays active with exercise, teaching spin and Pure Barre at local studios. She loves the Colorado Springs community and welcomes new opportunities to help clients actualize their commercial real estate dreams.
Victoria Harley was invited to join Thrive Commercial Partners following four years at Griffis Blessing where she proficiently and passionately managed 15 commercial properties. There she formed solid working relationships with her owners, tenants, and vendors and brought very positive results as a portfolio manager. Her talents compounded over the last four years and she was highly respected while in her former position. For eight years, Victoria has worked closely with her knowledgeable and gifted assistant, Mary Dumont, who will be joining her here at Thrive Commercial Partners.
Prior to Thrive, Victoria worked in the shopping mall industry where she spent 25 years. She was the General Manager for Chapel Hills Mall here in Colorado Springs for seven years and spent five years at The Citadel. She brings a hands-on management style and interactive approach that includes an optimistic attitude and personal involvement with her property owners and tenants.
Victoria relocated to Colorado Springs in 2006 from Reno, Nevada, where she served as Senior Manager, Property Management for Macerich at Park Lane Mall, also overseeing all functions of the marketing and operations of that property. Victoria holds the International Council of Shopping Centers’ (ICSC) Certified Shopping Center Manager designation, received in 2004.
Victoria lives on the north end of Colorado Springs with her husband of 26 years, Kirk, and their 15-year old son Nicco who is a sophomore at Pine Creek High School. Their cat, a rescued Russian Blue aptly named Storm, rounds out the family. Nicco is passionate about soccer, plays for Pine Creek and competitively for Pride. Victoria and Kirk spend much of their free time at games and practices during soccer season and Victoria loves gardening during the summer months.
Alex’s passion for excellence in leadership is fueled by his devotion to mentoring others to achieve the best version of themselves. He is passionate about serving others and implementing structures and procedures that make businesses succeed.
Alex has extensive management experience in Finance, HR, Strategic Initiatives, and Leadership Development. He has worked on land acquisition and commercial real estate transactions including 1031 exchanges and land development deals.
He also serves as COO for International Students, Inc., a faith-based non-profit that provides outreach to international students in the US and around the world.
Alex has been married to his life-long friend, Lily for 26 years! They have lived in Colorado Springs, CO since 2006. They have three children, Ella, Lucas, and Maxx.
Sam, formerly of CameronButcher, leverages his decades worth of commercial real estate experience into investing in the people around him. His long-term vision is to build a legacy that far outlasts him. Sam offers keen understanding in owning and operating businesses, successfully founding and operating three companies between 1983 and 1997; all three businesses are still in operation today. He has served in leadership and consultant roles in the commercial real estate and property management spheres for over forty years. As the President of Thrive, Sam brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. His expertise in land, retail, office, and industrial sectors, as well as his attention to the uniqueness of each deal gives clients assurance that they are in good hands.
Sam is wholeheartedly invested in the local Front Range community, and sustains long term partnerships with local business owners and non-profits in the community. He currently serves as board president of Springs Rescue Mission, and was nominated by his peers in the Realtors Commercial & Industrial Society as the 2003 Commercial Realtor of the Year. Sam also is a past president of the Board of Realtor’s Service Corp (RSC), past chairman of the Realtors Commercial & Industrial Society (RCIS), past chairman of the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of the state of Colorado, and a director of the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR).
Sam is married to Helen Cameron and together they have three beautiful daughters. The Cameron family loves traveling back to their native Scotland as well as exploring new destinations. On a sunny Saturday, you might find Sam on the golf course or walking his three dogs.
