Office Overview

The vacancy rate slightly decreased to 9.1% and there was a positive net absorption of 185,000 square feet over the past 12 months. The average asking rental rates increased to $23.44 PSF from Q3. For the fourth quarter, there are 85,000 square feet under construction.

Retail Overview

The vacancy rate decreased to 4.1% and there was a positive net absorption of 265,000 square feet over the past 12 months. The average asking rental rates increased to $19.21 PSF from $18.94 PSF, from Q3. For the fourth quarter, there are 456,506 square feet under construction.
