The vacancy rate increased to 5.5% and there was a negative net absorption of 516,000 square feet over the last 12 months. The average asking rental rates increased to $10.38 PSF. For the third quarter, there are 135,080 square feet still under construction.

Office Overview

The vacancy rate slightly increased to 9.7% and there was a positive net absorption of 57,400 square feet over the past 12 months. The average asking rental rates increased to $23.38 PSF from $23.18 PSF, from Q2. For the third quarter, there are 143,498 square feet under construction.

Retail Overview

The vacancy rate decreased to 4.3% and there was a positive net absorption of 532,000 square feet over the past 12 months. The average asking rental rates increased to $18.94 PSF from $18.47 PSF, from Q2. For the third quarter, there are 452,879 square feet under construction.
